Life Safety Inspections

We are now providing owners/managers of Short Term Rental homes in Virginia Beach the state mandated Life Safety Inspections. Each owner needs to complete this inspection annually in order to lawfully operate in the city of Virginia Beach.

We will check for compliancy for each item on the Life Safety Inspection Report, and if they are in need of replacement or repair we can also complete that at the owners/managers request in order to get the unit to pass the inspection.

We have a convenient portal for managers of 10 properties or more where you can store Life Safety Inspection reports and other important property information so you can easily track each properties status and when renewals are needed we will notify you.
