BUYER RESIDENTIAL INSPECTION
A Safe House Property Inspection is an in-depth visual examination of the structure and major systems of the home. Your home inspection will take one to two hours, depending on the size of the home, to ensure that there are no post-purchase surprises. We have a team of inspectors at every inspection. Our job as a home inspectors is analogous to that of a general medical practitioner who finds something wrong with his patient, and then recommends a specialist if one is needed. If the home has issues that need to be handled prior to the sale, we will be able to let you know what needs to be done.
You will receive a comprehensive home inspection report that details the visible major or minor deficiencies of the home. Your report will provide information on any deficiencies and concerns, as well as include clear digital photos of the issues described.
Our Inspection Procedure
Our home inspection method follows the InterNACHI Standards of Practice, which will assure you that you are receiving a comprehensive visual inspection of all the major structural and mechanical systems of your prospective home.
Included in the home inspection will be a review of any concerns and issues that you have regarding the home. At the conclusion of the home inspection, we will discuss with you any issues with the home and how they may affect its safety and performance. There are no perfect homes, but there are always solutions to issues that may be discovered. We will point you in the right direction in order for you to be able to make the appropriate decisions for you and your family.
You will receive a comprehensive, easy-to-understand report that includes a detailed description of the home’s issues. The report will also include many photos with explanations that will help further define any issues or defects that may be present.
Once the inspection has ended, you can be assured that our relationship has not. We will be available to answer questions about your home and point you in the right direction to address any concerns you may have. You will receive emails periodically to remind you about home maintenance that will help you prevent expensive repairs in the future. We am dedicated to being your advocate for peace of mind in your home-buying process. We appreciate your allowing us to be a vital member of your home purchase team.
