My home inspection method follows the InterNACHI Standards of Practice, which will assure you that you are receiving a comprehensive visual inspection of all the major structural and mechanical systems of your prospective home.

At the conclusion of the home inspection, I will discuss with you any issues with the home and how they may affect its safety and performance. There are no perfect homes, but there are always solutions to issues that may be discovered.
